Shipping and Handling Policy
Domestic Shipping (Canada):
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $200 CAD before taxes.
Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $24 CAD for packages weighing between 0 and 5 kg.
Additional Shipping Fees: Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to large packages, heavy weighted items and certain areas, including but not limited to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon. International Shipping (USA):
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to the USA on orders over $300 CAD before taxes.
Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $29 CAD for packages weighing between 0 and 5 kg.
J Zone Badminton does not guarantee any shipping dates if sent by Free Standard Shipping. For any shipping inquiries or to request for Express shipping, feel free to reach out to us at info@jzonebadminton.com.
Return Policy:
To return an unused item, with original packaging, simply follow these steps within 15 days of purchase:
- send your return request at info@jzonebadminton.com;
- give us 48 hours to process your request;
For a non-defective item, the initial shipping cost will be charged, that is to say deducted from the amount due. The refund will be issued by the original method of payment.
For a delivery error on our part, you have 48 hours to notify us and we will then pay the shipping costs.
At any time, J Zone Badminton Ltd. has the right to refuse any returns or exchanges.
Who pays the shipping costs?
The return shipping’s cost are the customer responsibility, except when a delivery error on our part.
J Zone Badminton reserves the right to revise this offer at any time.
Warranty:
Yonex
- Yonex Badminton racquets are guaranteed for 6 months and Yonex Badminton Shoes are guaranteed for 3 months from date of consumer purchase against manufacturers defects in materials and workmanship only.
- The above warranty does not apply to string breakage or to racquet breakage caused by intentional or inadvertent misuse as determined by Yonex Canada.
- Replacement racquets do not qualify for additional warranty.
- The above guarantee covers replacement of frame only. Stringing will be an extra charge.
- All shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
Victor
- Victor items must be shipped directly to Victor Rackets North America.
- All racquets manufacture defect only warranty within 6 months of purchase.
All shoes manufacture defect only warranty within 30 days of purchase. -
